I’m a Product Designer dedicated to solving the 'Why' behind user friction.

I bring 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end product decisions for complex commerce platforms. My focus has been on untangling ambiguous logic in hybrid marketplaces (Rental & Resale), transforming high friction points into smooth, high-converting journeys.

Originally trained in Spatial Design, I bring an architectural mindset to digital products, ensuring every interaction feels logical and grounded.

Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s in Technology Innovation (HCI) at the University of Washington to further bridge the gap between design, data, and technical constraints.

Why Junction?

When spoken quickly, my Korean name (Jung, Su Hyun) sounds like “Junction.”

That word reflects how I see design. I bring together things that often feel separate: user needs and business goals, data and intuition, function and emotion. My role is to connect these forces into one cohesive experience.

This is why I call this space Junction. It is a place where paths meet, ideas converge, and thoughtful design takes shape.
